1. What services does GS Sukriya Private Limited offer to artists?

 

GS Sukriya Private Limited is a one-stop destination for artists, offering a platform to showcase their work, connect with customers, and participate in auctions. We also provide various premium services, including enhanced gallery options, logistics support, and business rating enhancements.

 

2. How does the payment system work on your platform?  

 

Artists are required to process payments through our secure payment server. We charge a platform fee of 2% to 5% on each booking, which is deducted from the customer's payment. Artists can also receive ratings based on the business amount handled through our payment system, which helps in boosting their visibility as “Best sellers” or “Best artists” on our platform.

 

3. What happens if a customer selects the Cash on Delivery (COD) option?      

 

If a customer selects COD and pays the artist directly, the payment status will show as pending in the order section. The artist will then receive separate links to pay the platform fee and generate the customer’s receipt copy.

 

4. What is the premium model, and what benefits does it offer?  

 

The premium model offers additional benefits to artists, including the ability to showcase more images (up to 100), access to logistics and stock services for auctioned products, and improved business ratings. Premium users also receive a verified badge and extended service coverage, either statewide or nationwide, depending on the subscription tier.

 

5. How can artists participate in auctions on the platform? 

 

To participate in auctions, artists must submit their artwork (with a minimum value of ₹30,000) for verification by our certified artists. After verification, the product is added to the auction section. We charge a 10% commission on the selling price, and if the product is not sold, the artist receives an 80% refund of the verification charge.

 

6. What kind of ratings system does GS Sukriya Private Limited use?   

 

We use two types of rating systems:

 

Customer Ratings and Reviews: Based on customer feedback and reviews.

Business Amount-Based Ratings: Artists are rated based on the total business amount they generate, which can help them achieve the "Best seller" or "Best artist" tags.

7. What are the different artist groups on the platform?  

 

Artists are categorized into two groups:

 

Group A: Includes sketching, painting, sculpture, handmade jewelry, graphic design, tailoring, and other visual arts.

Group B: Includes performance arts such as acting, photography, makeup, interior decoration, music, dance, and event management.

 

8. How does the online agreement with customers work? 

 

When a customer books an artist on our platform, they must agree to an online agreement outlining the terms and conditions of the service. This agreement helps ensure clear communication and expectations between the artist and the customer.

 

9. What is the role of the gallery section for artists? 

 

The gallery section allows artists to showcase their art. Initially, artists can upload up to 10 images, while premium users can upload up to 100 images. For video showcases, artists need to email us, and we will display their videos on our social media handles, providing them with the relevant links.

 

10. What personal information does GS Sukriya Private Limited collect? 

 

We collect a variety of personal information to provide our services effectively, including:

 

Personal Identification Information: Name, address, phone number, email address, Aadhar details, PAN details, and bank account information.

Payment Information: Credit/debit card details or other payment method details.

Communication Data: Records of communications between you and us.

Technical Data: Information about the devices you use to access our services, such as IP address, browser type, and operating system.

 

11. Why do you need my Aadhar, PAN, and bank details?    

 

We collect your Aadhar details, PAN details, and bank account information solely for verification purposes. This helps us ensure the security and integrity of our platform by confirming the identity of our users.

 

12. How will my phone number and email address be used? 

 

Your phone number and email address are used primarily for account management, such as registering your account and sending important updates. Additionally, we may use this information to send you promotional messages and offers related to our services. You can opt out of receiving promotional communications at any time.
